Terms of Tap2Pay Service 

Thank you for using Tap2Pay. By accessing the Tap2Pay website (“Site”) or using the services offered by Tap2Pay (“Services”) you agree and acknowledge to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access the Site or use the Services. Tap2Pay reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. We recommend that you periodically check this Site for changes.

1. Usage License

Tap2Pay grants you a limited license to access the Site and use the Services in accordance with these Terms and the instructions and guidelines posted on the Site. Tap2Pay reserves the right to terminate your license to use the Site and Services at any time and for any reason or in the future charge for commercial usage.

As the Merchant and Seller of Record, Tap2Pay purchases products and services from you (the publisher / creator / provider) and re-sells the products or services to the end customers. Our status as the Merchant of Record provides many advantages to you, such as allowing us to handle all collection and remittance of sales tax and VAT, ultimately saving you time and energy.

The arrangement also means that any terms and conditions associated with a payment transaction processed byTap2Pay need to beTap2Pay Terms and Conditions, as opposed to your’s, or your End User License Agreement (EULA).

We recommend you include any necessary terms and conditions, and EULA for using the product. This can be placed on your website, or in the installer of your products where applicable.

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your use of the Site and Services. Because Tap2Pay merely serves as a repository of information, user-posted content does not represent the advice, views, opinions, or beliefs of Tap2Pay, and Tap2Pay makes no claim of accuracy of any user-posted material. Tap2Pay archives link to third-party websites. The linked websites’ content, business practices, and privacy policies are not under our control, and we are not responsible for the content of any linked website or any link contained in a linked website. The inclusion of a link on the Site or Services does not imply any endorsement by or any affiliation with Tap2Pay. In accessing the Site and Services or following links to third-party websites you may be exposed to content that you consider offensive or inappropriate. You agree that your only recourse is to stop using the Site and Services.

Tap2Pay, the Tap2Pay logo, and the Tap2Pay design are trademarks or trade dress of Tap2Pay, and may not be used without express written permission from Tap2Pay, other than for attribution. All other trademarks not owned by Tap2Pay that appear on this Site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Tap2Pay. Tap2Pay-originated content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, software, and the compilation of all content on the Site, is the property of Tap2Pay and its licensors and protected by United States, EU, and international copyright laws. Except as set out in these Terms, no reproduction of anyTap2Pay-originated content is permitted without written permission from Tap2Pay.

4. Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please, ask a merchant about a refund that uses Tap2Pay.

If you purchased a premium plan, you cannot return it.

6. Other

Tap2Pay and you are independent entities, and nothing in the Terms, or via the use of the Site or Services, will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between Tap2Pay and you. These Terms supersede any previous agreement and represent the entire agreement between Tap2Pay and you. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York without reference to conflict of laws principles. If any provision of the Terms is adjudged to be illegal or unenforceable, the continuation in the full force of the remainder of the Terms will not be prejudiced, and the illegal or unenforceable provision of the Terms shall be severed accordingly.
